Welcome to the Department of Estate Management
I would like to express my pride of belonging to the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Lagos. Estate Management is taught in only a few universities in Nigeria, hence the need to meet universal standards in mastering the requisite skills of the discipline. Since its foundation, the department has spared no effort in developing a programme that fits the needs of society and keeps pace with developments in the field worldwide. We are confident that we are adopting a learning environment capable of preparing and qualifying graduates who are able to face challenges innovatively and creatively.

About the Department of Estate Management
The Department of Estate Management is one of the five departments of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Lagos. It became part of the Faculty in 1986, when the Faculty of Environmental Design was restructured into the present Faculty of Environmental Sciences.
The department trains graduates in the management, valuation and development of land and property.
